A camera, at nine.

In 2014, at nine, I opened a YouTube channel, and I keep it to this day. I filmed games and the IgroMir games expo, a nine year old with a camera at a trade show. The subjects changed with me: I moved from games to vlogs, from vlogs to reviews of gadgets and apps, and later to Fortnite memes. From nineteen I made videos about self-development.

At thirteen my father sent me to a school for bloggers. There I saw Ivangay and Bryan Maps in person1, filmed every day, and my videos gathered 60,000 to 100,000 views each. Then another student from the same course signed into my account with my login and deleted a video that had reached about 300,000 views.

After that I left YouTube for a long while. I spent that time in Fortnite and put on fifteen kilograms.

The channel came back with me. The video people watch most is the one where I dyed my hair, 78K. A hoverboard test has 45K, and IgroMir 2015 has 11K.

Small numbers for twelve years, and the twelve years matter more than the numbers. I started and later closed or handed on everything else on this page. I left the channel once and came back to it.

Counts as of September 2026.

Body · swimming · with a coach

The first time I changed
my body on purpose.

At twelve I started swimming with a coach and kept at it for two years. I won medals at local meets between the coaches’ groups.

I wanted to lose weight as well. On the way I stopped eating fast food, and the weight came off.

I changed my own body on purpose for the first time. The same line picks up again at fifteen and runs to today.

Flowers at a market,

At thirteen I sold flowers at a market. Those were the YouTube years, and the marketplace came three years later.

My first money came from selling to strangers at a market, three years before the marketplace.

15–162020 – 2022 · grades 9 – 10

Grades 9 – 10 · School No. 1582, then School No. 1699

Fifteen and sixteen,
three things at once.

Until grade nine I studied at School No. 1582, an ordinary school in Chertanovo, in the south of Moscow. In grade nine I moved to School No. 1699.

In those two years I started speaking in public in English, started training, and put my first savings into a business. They happened together, so they stand together here.

Grades 9 – 10 · English Public Speaking Competition · held at my school

Public Speaking Competition,
in English.

In grades nine and ten I took part in the English Public Speaking Competition, which my school hosted. I spoke in the assembly hall to several classes at once, and each time I chose and prepared the topic myself: fashion and the culture around it, the things I was serious about then.

  • ENthe language on stage
  • Severalclasses in the hall at once

I spoke English to a full hall years before I needed the language for work, and I picked the topics myself.

Body · strength training · since fifteen, still going

Two or three sessions a week,
since fifteen.

From fifteen I went to the gym two or three times a week, counted calories and kept a diet. This ran through grades nine to eleven, alongside everything else on this page, and I was the second strongest in my class.

Most of the boys in my year ended up in the gym as well, because I brought them.

  • 2–3sessions a week
  • 2ndstrongest in the class

Two years earlier I had put on fifteen kilograms and stopped filming, and the gym came after that. Most of the boys in my year trained because I brought them, and nobody had put me in charge of that.

16 · Wildberries marketplace · Russia

My first business failed.

At sixteen I had savings. I spent them on a batch of thermal underwear and listed it on Wildberries, the largest marketplace in Russia.

It sold, about $1,300 worth. Then the bank’s fees arrived and took all of it. I closed with nothing, because the savings had gone into the stock, the stock had sold, and the money from it went to the bank.

  • ~$1,300sold
  • $0left after fees

The money was my own savings, and at sixteen that was all of it. Two years later I started the next thing.

The failure, taken apart

In grade ten I wrote a research project on seasonal retail and defended it in front of the class. I used my own case: how the economics of a seasonal product work, and what had failed for me on the marketplace.

I took my own failure apart in front of the class and defended the analysis.

In summer 2023 I finished school with a gold medal2.

Oasis Ad · marketing agency · Spain and the United States

A hundred calls every other day,
in my third language.

From September 2023 to March 2024 I ran a marketing agency, Oasis Ad. I sold by cold calling, and I made the calls myself: a hundred Spanish numbers every other day for two months, which came to about 3,000 dials.

About one in five picked up, about 600 conversations. They turned into two Spanish real estate agencies and, later, a mortgage broker in the United States. The first contract paid €600 a month plus €200 for setup.

For the clients I ran Facebook and Instagram advertising. Spanish is my third language, after Russian and English.

  • 100numbers dialled, every other day
  • 2months of calling
  • 3rdlanguage: Spanish

Four out of five calls went nowhere, and I made the next hundred anyway, in a language I learned third. The clients came out of the six hundred that answered. This took tolerance for hearing no, and volume.

Online course · how to start a marketing agency

The first thing I sold
that people kept buying.

My first course covered the thing I was doing at the time: how to open a marketing agency. I put it on sale for $25.

Then I raised the price, to $50, then $100, $200, $500 and $1,000. At each step I watched whether people would still buy, and they did: 130 people over the year, $22,000 in total.

  • 130buyers
  • $25 → $1,000price, first to last
  • $22Kearned

I did not know what the course was worth, so I found out by raising the price forty times over, one step at a time, and watching who still bought. I prefer to check a thing before I assume it.

19–202024 – 2025 · Telegram, school

Telegram channel · online school

Writing, then teaching.

In 2024 I started a Telegram channel about the businesses I was running. I grew it to 1,200 subscribers through comments, without advertising.

I taught myself copywriting because the channel needed it, and the posts sold the school: a $500 programme with 35 people and a $50 course with 92, plus three to five people at a time whom I coached one on one. My best student built an AI agency in the United States and earned $16,000. Across everything I have sold, 260 people paid to study with me.

Two numbers I would rather show than hide: over the following year the channel fell from 1,200 to 800, and in December 2025 I closed the school.

  • 260paying students, all products
  • $16Kearned by my best student
  • 1,200 → 800subscribers, one year later

I learned to write because the channel needed it, and the writing sold everything else. When the channel shrank, I closed the school and put that here.

Fifty people on an island.

In November 2024 I ran a business event for my community in Phuket, with fifty people in the room.

I wrote to well known speakers myself. They agreed and paid me for the stage, and I brought the audience. I sold the tickets and built the programme, ran the logistics and the afterparty, and gave one of the talks.

  • 50guests
  • $4Kprofit

The speakers were people I admired, and I wrote to them cold. They said yes and paid for the stage. I ask for things, because asking costs little and works often.

YouTube production agency

A small agency, handed on.

From February to August 2025 I ran a small YouTube production agency. I found the first two clients and brought in an editor and an analyst to do the work.

When a larger studio could serve those clients better than I could, I handed over the clients and the contractors for a share of the revenue, $1,700. Over the whole period the agency brought me about $3,000.

  • 2clients
  • $1,700for the handover

I gave the clients to a bigger studio once I saw they would be served better there. It paid less than holding on, and I would do it again.

Mula · Tbilisi, Georgia · team lead and mentor

Twelve people, one office,
one month.

From October to December 2025 I worked as a team lead and mentor at Mula, in Tbilisi. Students flew in, and we coached them in the office to earn from their own blogs.

There were two teams, and mine had twelve people. In a month they made $13,000 net between them.

I sold the programme as well, at $4,000 a seat, on calls and livestreams, and closed $25,000 in six weeks.

  • 12people in my team
  • $13,000their net, in one month
  • $25Kclosed in six weeks

For the first time the result belonged to other people. Twelve of them were my responsibility, and their $13,000 in a month is the number on this page I care about most.

Reality series · four episodes

I filmed it, too.

In 2025 I shot four episodes about the Mula office in Tbilisi. The first ones follow me as I find foreign clients on my own, and in the third and fourth the students arrive and the camera turns to them.

I wrote the script, shot and edited the episodes, released them and ran the livestreams around them.

  • 4episodes
  • 1person doing all of it

Nobody commissioned it. I wrote, shot and cut four episodes because the office deserved a record and I knew how to make one, the same habit as the channel at nine.
